We contacted SST when another company we were planning on doing business with could not be reached because their voice mail was full and other attempts to reach them were unsuccessful.
I e-mailed SST and within 3 hours I had a return call, 3 days later a representative from SST came out to talk to us (not normal but we requested it and he agreed without hesitation), and two days later we had our safe room installed in our garage.
We found the representative and installers very friendly and it was a pleasure to do business with a company that respects their customers with good customer service.
